Rare Bird: Dark-eyed Junco (Oregon)

Of the dozen or so juncos that visit our feeders regularly, this one stands out with its rich color pattern – black head, dark back, reddish sides, white breast. It’s been at our feeders two weeks now. Typical males are black with white breasts, females gray with white breasts.
