Rare Bird: Harris’ Sparrow ?

Could this be a Harris’ Sparrow? Seen at 2;15 pm Dec. 12, 2013. Weather: Lake effect snow storm from Lake Ontario, temperature 22 degrees F. Description: pink bill, black “T” shaped pattern under chin, black chevron on cheek, white breast and underbody, brown stripes on shoulders, larger than other sparrows at feeder, was scratching in leaves.
