Rare Bird: Rusty Blackbird Appears at my Feeder

We have several cornfields in a 1 mile radius. I guess this is why this guy ended up in our backyard. He was there at the same time as flocks of blackbirds. On this day we got more blackbirds than usual, and obvious from the photo) it was snowing.
