Rare Bird: Sharp-shinned Hawk

As I was boing my morning watch she or he flew in right to the top of my feeder pole right next to the Xmas tree that I put out for the birds and in the tree were many sparrows that she was watching as you might tell by the way she is looking. It was amazing how she went around that tree until she finally got one.Also I was amazed how much she could turn her head as you can see. I do have more photos of the outcome and if you need more please ask. Now I do think this one is a Sharp-shinned,let me know please.
