Rare Bird: Townsend’s Warbler

small, chickadee-sized. bright yellow belly and side of the head. black on top of head and circle through and under the eye. two white wing bars. small very pointy beak. we have seen him for a week but never long enough to identify him. Yesterday and today it spent a lot of time at the feeder and the suet. at the feeder it spent quite a bit of time looking both ways before feeding. it appeared to be eating the millet in the feed. it seemed to chase some other birds away
