Northern Cardinal eating Flowering Almond Blossom

Description

It was spring and I noticed the Flowering Almond plan in my backyard was buzzing with bees. I positioned myself in my dining room to try to capture a flying bee approaching a flower through an open window. Suddenly, this Cardinal landed on a lower branch of the plant and started to peck at flowers. You can see bits of petal in the beak.
