Description

During snowstorms in late winter and early spring, Robins are attracted to my feeders by the dried mealworms, shelled sunflower seed, and raisins I provide, as well as to the birdbaths (heated in the winter). In spring and summer they sometimes reward me with scenes like this … almost enough to make me forget about the tough time faced by spring migrants who are a touch early.
