Description

This sunflower plant was a volunteer that came up in my flower bed under my sunflower seed feeder. I had pulled several of the volunteer plants, but for some reason this one was missed. Once it bloomed, I couldn’t bear to pull it out. One afternoon I was pleasantly surprised to look out and see this beautiful goldfinch perched on the flower!
