Description
This is the first year I got to see the Pileated Woodpecker-pair at the local county park. I had never expected them to see around that place. One day, i found the male woodpecker, hard at work on the wet and soggy forested floor. It was engrossed in pecking the wood away and didnt notice me coming close behind a tree. I took this frame and saw a thin tiny branch is framing the birds face. I liked the fall-fallen leaves in the background. This was a worthwhile moment for me.
