Description
I selected Wednesday, November 13th, as my first FeederWatch day. Literally as I was entering my data, I noticed an unusual looking sparrow fly in. It was an adult, male Harris’s Sparrow and was determined to be only the 6th time that this species has been recorded in Prince Edward County. If weren’t for FeederWatch, it is probable that this bird would never have been seen!
