Description
Great flocks of Snow Geese and White Fronted Geese, as well as numbers of Sand Hill Cranes, pass through Idaho during the Spring migration every year. This image portrays only a small percentage of the flock that was taking flight to move from one farm field to another. I believe there is at least one “blue morph” goose in the lower left corner of the image.
