A little marbling made this dove especially attractive to us. We wondered if that little difference changed its daily life in any way. Did other doves notice? Was it less camouflaged? We know its appetite was fine.
Leucistic birds

Dusted with white, a leucistic dove visited our feeder area a few times.
I’m not sure how other birds react to leucistic birds but I do know that it can impair their ability to hide. He is definitely more attractive than regular doves. Ava
