I thought the bird had mold on its feathers until I looked through binoculars. This bird has been around for two days so far.
Leucistic birds
Species: Dark-eyed Junco
this junco appeard 11/25/18. Initially it was chased by other juncos. Now in the flock. I assume this is a leucistic bird
