Unknown Birds Needed To Add To Count

Have tried to find in my books but can't. Wondering what it is?

The first photo may be a Townsend’s Solitaire. They’re around your area, and though it does not show the pale yellow patches on the wings it seems to be the closest match I could find. Can you tell me roughly how large the bird was? A Townsend’s Solitaire is roughly 8 to 9 inches long – a it smaller than a Robin.

The second photo is a Yellow-Rumped Warbler (Audubon’s variant).

Hope this helps.
