This is the first time that I’ve ever seen this bird. Could it be an Albino American Goldfinch?

Hi LuAnne, this is called leucism. It is basically partial albinism. The difference is that albino birds are fully white (not including legs and beak) with red/pink eyes. Leucistic animals can be fully white but they have black eyes. Since you can see some yellow on this goldfinch, it is definitely leucistic. Hope this helped!
