Unusual Bird: Buff-Headed Downy Woodpecker

What I’m presuming to be a down woodpecker, but the white on the head, neck, and upper breast are all a buffy orange-red color. At first glance, I thought it was a sapsucker, but the markings, size, and behavior all match with my local downys.
