Unusual Bird: Cream Colored House Sparrow

I’ve seen this unusually colored sparrow since the summer. She comes around occasionally with the rest of the flock and I finally captured a pic – through a window, unfortunately but it’s the best I’ve got. I’m very curious about her and what caused her coloration. Is she leucistic? (I’ve named her Cream Soda)
