Unusual Bird: Dark-eyed Junco

Observed this leucitic Dark-eyed Junco most recently during my last count. Merlin ID identified it correctly but I had to research further to be sure. Being new to identifying the birds I’m seeing I had no idea. Never seen one like this before.
