Unusual Bird: Deformed growth on the bill of House Finch

I am sorry about the quality, my feeeder is 70’ from my scope. But I have noticed 3 house finch with eye disease and took down the feeders but put one up today to see if they had disperse when I noticed this bird. The picture doesn’t do it justice but the growth between the eyes on the top of the beak is very large and cover 1/2 of the beak. We have many finch as 2 pair nested near by and we have many juveniles and I am concerned about the eye disease.
