Unusual Bird: Leucistic bird

I have seen this bird at my feeder off and on over the last few weeks. It typically visits the feeder 2 or 3 times then flies to a nearby bush before leaving the site. It is hard to tell from this photo, but from other observations it is between the size of a house finch and a cardinal.
