Identical scene outside my window just north of Seattle, now. Luke has a white patch on his head and similarly frosted wings and back. Hangs with a mixed flock of about eight black capped and chestnut backed chickadees.
We have a Leucistic Chestnut-backed Chickadee in northeast Clark County, WA amongst a regular group of C-B and B-C chickadees at our feeders. It actually looks like a standard Chestnut-backed with the exception of the tail, which is all white.
