Unusual Bird: Leucistic Chickadee

I observed this leucistic chickadee at our feeder almost daily from late November 2013 to January 25th 2014 but have not seen it since then. It came regularly with the other black-capped chickadees.

I tried to attach a second photo showing it from the back but your form was freezing. I could send separately if this is of interest.
