Unusual Bird: Leucistic Common Grackles [ 3 ] in the month of Nov./2013

I have sent three photos , # 8471 was the third Leucistic Common Grackle that I had on Nov. 21st/2013 ,.Photo # 8822 was the second Leucistic Common Grackle ,it arrived on Nov. 20th still here on the 28th,. The other photo was taken on Nov. 8th/2013 , it was my first one that I saw in November.
