Unusual Bird: White-headed House (I think) Finch

Took these pictures 12/20/14. About a week earlier I had first seen what was then a pink-headed finch — bubble gum pink it looked to me. Just the head. The rest of the body seemed normal. Couldn’t get a clear picture (probably too excited). But on 12/20 this bird (I assume the same one) showed up. I can crop to show it more close-up. If this is interesting, please let me know.
