This is a suet feeder I have secured to the rhododendron bush outside our kitchen window. I have two other suet feeders up but the birds seem to favor this one. Perhaps this is because it is sheltered in the bush and they feel more protected. Also, this Downy Woodpecker has been roosting in one of our bird houses at least since September. He comes in and out regularly and we are always happy to see him enjoying our offerings!
