This raptor is larger than a Sharp Shinned Hawk, but is not Grey and red barred yet on the chest. It also has yellow eyes, not a red eye. Is this a Juvenile Cooper’s Hawk? He has been visiting my yard often. So far, no bird casualties. Please help me identify and if possible, male or female. Thanks!!
