What a surprise visitor, we wonder if escaped for a local owner. He was quite comfortable with the other birds, took a long bath, and then off he flew.

Yes, that looks like an escaped Lovebird. If you see him again, try to catch him and keep him to see if he can be reunited with his owner. You can post him on social media to see if someone lost him.
