Description

A flash of color caught my eye during a snowstorm so I grabbed my camera and took several photos of this lovely female cardinal. It wasn’t until I reviewed my shots that I noticed the two dark eyed Juncos joining her on the branches. I call Juncos “snowbirds” because I don’t see them except during the winter – and, even then they can escape my notice!
