Dark-eyed Juncos are our favorite neighbors. We are lucky to have these guys with us year round. Every spring we get to watch their babies learn how to fly in our front yard. This Alder bush is their favorite place to be all year long. I am very lucky, because this bush is in front of our bedroom. I get to wake up every morning and see these sweet birds. Hard to start the day off on the wrong foot with them peaking into our window.
