This is the first year my parents were successful in having the Eastern Bluebird nest in their Bluebird house. It has been up by my dads garden for many, many years. Needless to say they were thrilled and their patience paid off. They were the best caretakers of the Bluebirds and I enjoyed many hours during the Spring months with my parents watching the parents feed their young, listening to their song, and watching the fledglings leave the house and go out on their own. We were all so proud and it will be a memory I will never forget.
