One of the cats was playing with a ground squirrel and the Owl spotted him and did a free fall about 30 feet down from a dead Ash tree and landed just 10 feet above the cat waiting for him to make a mistake but the cat was too smart for the Owl. Normally when walking around the yard I always have my I phone but this time I had my Nikon camera and when I took the shot the flash went off creating the red eye effect.
