Description

This bird is one that I rarely see, and then only briefly at my feeders. It arrived during a downpour, and when I first saw it, the warbler was drenched and looked like something the cat dragged in. Luckily, it has been hanging around for a few days and I had the chance to photograph it when it was dry and looking much more attractive. It seems to really love this particular insect suet cake, and I’m surprised that it is still here, since I’ve usually spotted it – when I’ve spotted it at all – for just one day before it moved on.
