If you are wondering if Cooper’s Hawks are drawn to backyard feeders, here is the answer…YES! We have a young Cooper’s Hawk that sits only a few feet from the feeder for hours. Some days he can blend in but today when I took this photo he sat for 2 hours out in plain sight of all the other birds with no luck.
