Description

I’ve had Blue Birds at the worm feeder since last November. I thought they would have left in early spring as they have done in previous years, but, they didn’t. At least one pair have been frequent, daily feeders on meal worms through the spring. They picked up the tempo of visits recently and I presumed that they were feeding young from the meal worm feeder. I found that interesting because I live in a heavily wooded Oak/Maple forest. Anyway, the frequency increased again to every 5 to ten minutes stuffing their beaks upon each visit. Proof today, Adults and young in the trees above the house. More photos to follow.
