Description

The Eastern Towhee is a bird that I’ve always seen in the winter…UNTIL this year.
The absolute latest I’ve recorded sighting the Towhee was in early March, when they would be moving northward.

But on April 27th one showed up, a male…the first one I’ve seen this year. It was drizzling and the bird was being very uncooperative in where it moved, but I was able to get a few decent shots.
