Here is the very first Sapsucker ever at our feeder. About 30 seconds earlier he had been on the suet cage gulping down a meal. He retreated back up to a Shagbark Hickory to rest from his torment from the three resident Downy Woodpeckers that stay there. I hope he’s here to stay!
