This photo was taken in 2013. My wife and I felt that this was probably a juvenile Sharp-shinned hawk, what is your opinion? Over the past ten years we have been seeing significant rise in the numbers of Eurasian Collared doves in the area, and we have seen evidence of several taken by predators. We have seen adult Cooper’s hawks on numerous occasions over the past couple of years. We are contributing to feeder watch this year.
