I swear this is the same little yellow-rumped warbler that was frightened by a bunch of blackbirds and startled when he hit my kitchen window! I went out and picked him/her up and put him in a safer location so our dogs wouldn’t bother him. He didn’t want to let go of my finger when I put him down. It was so precious. He ended up flying away even before I got back into the house. Ever since, when I go out to fill up the feeders a little yellow-rumped warbler comes around and hangs out by me. He also comes around to the window when food is low looking for me. I like to think it’s that same little bird I had the honor to hold… my Little Buddy.
