It was such an amazing surprise to see this Muscovy Duck in my local birding patch. The duck is 99% pure white, with just a touch of dark feathers on the head.

That is a young Muscovy. Muscovy color ranges from all black to all white. Other colors include brown, pied, lavender, and more.

You’re welcome, also, this duck is semi-domestic. Meaning that it is domestic, but does not rely on people for food, water, and shelter. So this duck is not wild.
