It is unusual for use to get a flock of Pinyon Jays this time of year, but tonight (5:30PM) we had about 25 Pinyon Jays with young come in to feed on some leftover millet and sunflower seeds that we put out on some rocks in our yard. They also hit the water bowl we have out for the birds.
