Any ideas? Photo taken a couple of years ago in Spring at my feeder here in Wisconsin...
Hi Jay, How about a Common Chaffinch. Sometimes they are blown in, some are escaped caged birds.
They are a rare European bird sometimes spotted in Springtime in the Northeast and the Midwest.
