Western Tanager, an uncommon spring visitor to our feeder.
Beautiful photo – Western Tanager is usually a brief colorful sight this time of year here in Pueblo, CO. Maybe it’s El Nino, but this year there are at least 5 males & 3 females on the suet feeders, & they’re now going on 5 days. They’re so active, it’s like the tree is dancing with flowers.
