Description

This is not the most amazing photo ever in terms of artistic quality; however, it is documentation of a remarkable occurrence. This wood duck and a female came through our yard and perched in the trees for a few minutes. They did not come to the feeders so we can’t count them, but we have never seen Wood Ducks in our yard–or indeed anywhere for miles–since we moved here in 1994.
