Shades of Yellow in Birmingham,Alabama. This photo of a few Cedar Waxwings represents the much larger flock surrounding it. After we had an ice storm last week, they were mingling with the robins and visiting the hackberry trees in our city neighborhood. I got several shots, but this one had the most yellow. These are the most delightful birds of winter.
