Description

Our family enjoys Cape Cod no matter the time of year or weather. On this day we visited the Cape Cod Canal Visitor Center at the North end of the canal. They have a picnic area overlooking the canal, and even though it was dark, grey, windy, and drizzling our hearty crew of 6 sat and ate. While watching other birds, people, and boats the gulls started getting closer to us looking for a hand out or scraps we dropped. With the grey sky behind them, the birds feathers look like x-rays to me. Gulls, not my favorite birds, actually looked interesting!
