We are lucky enough to be able to enjoy the Connecticut River year round. Since 2002 RiverQuest has been providing the general public access to the lower Connecticut River, educating passengers on the ecology and beauty of the lower Connecticut River while they cruise aboard RiverQuest. Every cruise is different. This late winter day 2 immature bald eagles decided to “cruise” along with us beside the boat! We like this picture because both birds are displaying their wings in a different stage of their wing movement in flight.
