This pretty American Robin was on the Eastern Redcedar eating the hard blue berries, and had worked its way around to what I believe is a winterberry bush entangled in the larger tree. With its dusty winter plumage, it stood out beautifully among the foliage.

The picture here reminds me of a lovely nature painting, and it could be! But it is not. The colors and “wild” background enhance the subject robin to make this picture a winner. Beautiful.
