European Starlings in their winter plumage taking a communal bath. Temperatures do not matter to these birds; I’ve dubbed them the “Polar Plunge Posse.” Every time they share a plunge they empty the bird bath. Photo was taken the afternoon of January 6, 2016 at Mom’s.
