Description

Where I stayed this summer for a month, there was a nest right outside the screened porch. Mama robin thought she had the perfect quiet place in the lilac bush, but alas, then we came. She braved it through. I got to see the first fledging with my own eyes, which was later on the same day of this picture taken with telephoto.
