Juncos and white crowned sparrows took turns bathing in an alpine lake near Bloomington, ID. They picked a shady spot by some evergreen trees, making to hard to get a fast shutter speed and photograph them. I got lucky with this male who appeared with a female and a juvenile. Not a bad family afternoon.
